Theft of $100 from my EDRewards account. (Unsolicited call) reported by Theft victim
32 minutes after I got the Woolworths EveryDay Rewards text message, a thief spent my $100 EDRewards credit at Woolworths 1339 Top Ryde using checkout POS 087 (TRANS 225 17:44 26/12/2021). I get e-receipts. They bought unhealthy food. I rang the store and suggested they look for someone going through the checkouts on 20 minute rotation draining multiple EDRewards credits. The store has video of them. We all need to work together to eliminate these 10th class citizens. At 17:12 I got the same text as most people report for this number "XXX is your verification code. This code is valid for 20min. If you didn't expect this SMS please call 1300 10 1234 (9am-7pm Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Sat-Sun AEST)"

Once my credentials were established ( I was very cautious/suspicious), the operator informed me there had been two attempts to purchase gift cards using my credit card today. Both were declined. I have cancelled the card nonetheless

Have so far received 4 texts within a few minutes from WOW-Reward (SMS) reported by Kerry
Four texts with a code within 5 minutes from WOW-Rewards (3) and one from 0438674648 saying Woolworths Rewards has updated my details. All texts say if I didn't make the change or expect the message, to call 1300 10 1234
