Some time after Sunday 21/4/24 (AUS). One of two DODO eMail boxes. The one which had my full name, like, [email protected], did not allowed me access, by not accepting my input password. On 24/4/24 around 10:15am I called this number. First attending person (Indian accent) passed me to a second (specialist, the second person (similar accent)) passed me to a third specialist. A lady with absolutely clear English accent. She said I will try to fix but need to have my Mail box password, which I had to give her in order to fix, I did. She said wait for 15mins. I grew suspicious and some 7-8 mins later I try access the mail and work fine again. The suspicious action is, she said that I could change the password but have to give it to her to do so. Other suspicious thing. When she talk was absolute silence in the background, but when she made me wait was a terrible noise of people in background, like working heavily. I ended emptying and deleting all my folders of the compromised eMail box, And I'm not using in it now. Also changing all my services connection to the other eMail box that I trusted. Why I could not change my mail box privately?. What happened to my data on those 7-8 mins of waiting. Could it be a Service people leak to scammers from DODO?.
