Person called, once connected (longer than usual for a national call) they just kept saying hello, but not responding when I tried to talk to them

Your internet will be disconnected (Scam call) reported by Kevan

Foreign accent. Claimed our BT internet line would be disconnected in 3 weeks. She knew name and postcode and claimed to work for BT. She could not provide an account number. When told I didn't have an internet line she said that's not true but that it will be disconnected anyway. When I said I had no computer and a BT bill in front of me she hung up. Got a robot call last week saying the same thing.

Called twice, 1st call robot voice, 2nd call claimed to be internet provider- asked how many devices were connected, what kind of devices, yes/no Q's then hung up.
