I wAs given options by a robot to whether I wanted them to continue to debit out of my account and i did nothing then they will continue to auto debit amount of 99.99 out of my account. Of course I have no idea from who or what it was for. Scam im sure.

Wanted access to my Ebay details (Scam call) reported by


Caller purported to be ringing to check payment of a gift card to JB Hifi for $200 from my Ebay account. Said he could stop the transaction but that I needed an Ebay mobile phone app so I could download a claims form. He said he would help m through it. When I said on 4 separate occasions that I would like to deal with this matter independently, he kept urging me to do it with his help. After he continued to take no notice of my requests, I simply had to hang up even though he was still talking. He was very convincing and polite at all times but also quite insistent and it would be easy to be caught off guard. I am glad some sort of alarm went off in my head.
