Received a call from this number. It was a recorded message asking if I had made a purchase on EBay for $299. If not, press a number to cancel transaction, another number for refund. I hung up. I rang the number & a guy named Eric said he was from EBay and asked if I had purchased a gift card for $299 on EBay with my credit card. I said no I don’t use a credit card on EBay. I use PayPal only. He wanted me to go to a secure devise that I use for EBay and download Anydesk remote app and give him access to my iPad. He kept calling me mam. I hung up on him and blocked the number.

Automated recording plays upon answering call. Spoofed Caller ID. Purporting to be NBN. In actuality it's an IVR call originating from Indian scam call centre. Do not engage. Hang up, block and report.

Scam call saying I owed money for internet connection or they’d disconnect me. Dodgy as anything straight away. Don’t even answer as they will ring you back if you hang up. Had to block them.
