My tax file is under investigation, it was female, Asian, spoke very fast, typing sound. I asked for her name she refused to give her name, she asked for my name I said my name my surname was difficult for her to spell and pronounce she than asked for my first name, and than said Shona, she also asked me for further personal details. I than said that I was not going to listen to her and I also said that she is the rip off. I hung up.
