As below, pretended to be vodafone calling about overdue fee. Asked for pin to access acc, they hung up when I gave the incorrect pin.

Scam call pretending to be vodaphone (Scam call) reported by Mary

Same as calls below - scam call pretending to be vodaphone, saying I had $45 unpaid bill, whilst also saying I can upgrade to iPhone 12. Asking me verify by sending verification code to my number, the putting me on hold. I received a text message saying I had ordered an iPhone 12 to an address in Sydney. I realised and called vodaphone to cancel. This is definitely a scam.

Pretending to be Vodafone. Start off claiming I had an overdue bi (Scam call) reported by Amanda

Claimed to have an overdue amount owing on my account of $45. I said no I did not. Then they proceeded to advise that I was eligible for an updgrade (I knew I was, not sure how they do). I got completely scammed. They were able to log into my account, as I had verified my pin because I believed it was Vodafone, and ordered a new phone under my account but changed the address. I never received that phone, I now have a $2000 bill to pay for a phone I dont have. Vodafone wont help and said I am liable because I verified the order (of course I did, I thought I was talking to them!) Is now a police investigation and a TIO complaint.

Scam call pretending to be Vodafone, asking for $45 for an extra service on top of the bill. I'm not allowed to swear on here, but politely told them to go and fornicate with themselves.
