I initially didbn't see the +61 and thought it was a NZ 027 number so called back a missed call. Message told me this number was no longer in use.

if i did answer that call I would have kept them on the line for as long as possible, but my new phone recognised this caller as a **** and sent it to SPAM !!!!

I was on a call to a call centre person with a 2 minute survey about our child care experience during covid19, when this number came through as a missed call. not sure if it was related to the call or not.
