Weird...been having a few drop outs with the nbn (isp modem can't connect to NBN modem because IP DNS and MAC address all fail to 0.0.0.0.0) noraml fix is for the NBN to directly reset NBN modem from their end...however ISP said they would book NBN tech to come and have a look...was waiting for call but didn't happen in time frame so was about to go out when i received this call...firstly my mobile said suspected spam call (first time for that) and then after hearing the robotic voice telling me the NBN was going to cancel my contract then press 1 to connect to technician...i didn't and looked up phone number on here...i have been receiving a lot of junk/spam messages in my email from this ISP (their email server) and not from gmail yahoo or hotmail so it doesn't seem so odd this call happened today...but boy...what a coincidence! i have no idea good or bad...they didn't (or haven't called back yet) so who knows...just feel should warn you guys to be careful if you also receive a call from that number.

NBN Scam call - robotic voice says "this is a call from the Australian National Broadband Network. We have been trying to get in touch with you regarding your NBN contract with us". NBN does not supply internet directly to customers. NBN internet is only available via third party internet providers such as Telstra or Dodo. NBN are the wholesale providers/ builders of the network, not retail internet providers.
