Man, named "BOB" calling from an Accidents Claim center, asked if i had been involved in any accidents in the last 2 years. Because I've had prior knowledge of this scam happening in the recent months and the fact that ive simply not been in an accident I answered simply "Nope" and asked if my family had been involved in any accidents in the last 2 years i replied "nope" again. He promptly ended the call with " thank you bye bye" whole incident lasted 34 seconds. I've i was called from this number exactly 30 days ago but i did not answer the first time. It may be a repeated attempt monthly. keep your call logs and stay aware.

A man called requesting to speak with me and asked if I was involved in an accident within the last two years. I responded by asking, where they were calling from? He brushed passed this and repeated, the question stating that he was calling re the accident I was involved in the last 2 years and that there was a claim. I stated that I had not, and he queried this 'are you sure' I immediately replied that, yes, I am sure, I commute by public transport. He stated that they must have the incorrect information and the call came to a prompt end. Definitely scam behaviour.

A lady called and said that they had received a notification that I was in an accident that was not my fault. I responded asking, when did they receive this notification? All she said, was within the last 2 years. I again asked when exactly did they receive this notification, and she could not answer and fumbled over her words. I said if you cannot verify the date you received this notification that I am not interested. She hung up immediately. Definitely scam behaviour.

Not sure where they got my details. They said no they weren't and hung up suddenly. If they were legit, they would try to explain something at least...
