Just got offered a $108 refund from Radio Rentals due to their breach of Australian Legislation. If you've previously leased goods through them, make sure you answer this call. Ask for a cheque and get it posted to you.

Radio rentals has been found in breach of legislation regarding not conducting the appropriate level of checks to a customer before leasing items. As such a govenment agency has determined that they are to reimburse all customers their admin fees. They are using an automatic dialer that does not leave messages. Make sure you get them to send out a cheque and DO NOT give out your bank account details. Also they have a short period to do this so if you miss out there are no other opportunities to get this admin fee refund.

I'b=ve told these people several times that my number does not belong to the person they are looking for. They keep calling. I've blocked the number, but I shouldn't have to have blocked it, they should have simply removed my number.
