Some voice recording of someone who sounds like the anonymous character babbling on about the ATO and a warrant is out for my arrest... and to not ignore. Tried to call back and play games with them but the phone rang out

As soon as they said they were from the tax office and blabbed on about a complaint and serious consequences if we don't ring them back, grabbed a policeman's whistle we have in the drawer and blew it as hard and loud as possible into the mouth piece. Think it hurt their eardrums, because the terminated the call. Haven't had any more calls after that...
