Did not pick up the call and received a voicemail. Claimed I was currently being sued by ATO. Asked me to call back immediately or I would be arrested soon. Sounds very dodgy because lawsuit usually arrives by post.

This was a recorded message from "The Tax Office" and if I didn't proceed with their prompts I would be arrested. When I called the number back and questioned who they were they hung up

i received the same call and when i phoned back they told me that they're from the ato but when I started questioning them, they hanged up on me.... I later check my phone messages and they left a message stating that I'll be arrested if case I dont call them back or something along those lines...

I just had the same call to my work phone. number was 02800696xx. Robotic voice said "this is the ATO, there is a legal case issue against you.." I did not listen anymore and hung up.
