Keeps calling after I placed an order over 2 years ago trying to seek more product. They get angry when you cut them off as if you are wasting there time which you have to do as the five straight into the script not allowing you a word. I’ve asked them multiple times to remove me from there data base as if they had good wine I would order more online and Lo and behold I get another call the next month.

I see and understand the negatives, but I for one, got their Dozen special via Deals.com.au and clearly it says in the fine print about follow-ups. Can't fault the 1st follow up, but if people have said "not interested anymore" and they still follow up, well that is the world for you, these days! Suck it up buttercups! We all need to earn an income and eat :)

They get your number from eBay when you purchase wine from them. The number in your eBay account is not ment for them to collect numbers to bombard with calls. This should be illegal.

I have been a customer for 2 years now.I pay an amount each year to cover delivery costs and a free bottle of wine with each order.That is all I want.,but they are still bombarding me with calls..I took the first one and told them I was not interested in doing anything else.still get calls several a week.I have also emailed them.

They called me 4 times (every 2 weeks). I keep saying that I am a recovering alcoholic LOL and for them not to call but they keep calling back. Anyway I will report them now as they can get fined up to $10,000 per call after the first time you say not interested please don't call back.
