Unsolicited - SCAM CALL (Scam call) reported by Shawnee
I received a call from this number - TWICE - left msgs on my answering machine and then called my MOBILE number 10 times Consecutively. Did NOT leave msg on mobile but msg on landline claimed from ATO and I am wanted (warrant out for my arrest) for Tax Avoidance. I WISH the ATO could do something about this. It is VERY DISCONCERTING and if I were not aware of my tax situation - I could have VERY EASILY fallen for this deception

I had the same thing happen to me this morning. I called the tax office but they couldnt even lodge a report as computer system not working. I had 2 calls from the person exactly the same as you reported above. Gave the name of Richard Jones and to call back immediately regarding tax avoidance and tax evasion.

I had a missed call from this number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar number called me recently, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... People please did someone answer it? Who is behind this number?

i got a message from the same number and the bloke claims to be from the taxation dept and apparently i am wanted for tax evasion. ignore as i don't owe any tax
