Paid for holiday to Orlando but did not take it due to ill health. Cannot get refund .

Free travel credits (Scam call) reported by Fiona
Had a missed call, rang them back and spoke to Amber (definitely an American accent) in Orlando who advised me I have been awarded $3000 in travel credits that were valid for travel until 2020. I told her that I wasn't interested and had not entered any competitions to have be awarded this, asked her to be removed from their list and she said she would.
