The caller (Isabella) asked to speak to the owner of the telephone number for the purpose of conducting a survey, on two consecutive days. On the first day I told her that I was not interested in partaking in a survey, on the second day, I told her the same thing and to not make any further calls

Called twice in two days. Both times game the company name with a strong accent but would not give me an explanation of what the acronym stood for or a company website. Both times, hung up after I started asking a couple of very straightforward questions. Likely a scam or at least a nuisance call.

Checking on landline dropouts (Call centre) reported by


Allegedly a survey to check if our phone line had experienced dropouts. She was polite but tried to brush me off once I started asking hard questions. She said they were surveying the area from a company called YPB on behalf of Telstra Optus and Vodafone. Don't answer any questions to them. When calling back their number it goes busy, you cannot contact anyone which is against the Australian regulations. So beware.

hey have called the last 3 days and when i say to stop calling they say "I will call back" and I'm like don't you dare i'll take this further.. and they hang up. I think I will now waste thier time if they call back. I wish I could block this number

Want to check on our landlines and internet. They don't know anything about the company they are calling, not even it's name. They will not answer questions about who they are. Just that they "represent" all of Australia's telco providers. Do not talk to these people.

4th call in two days, now added the number to my blocked list as they clearly do nothing when you ask to be removed. On the last call I asked for the womans name because she called me the day previous, as soon as I asked their details they hang up. Apparently they are called YPB reseach or something
