This number is one of the same range - 02802012xx - used by the same call centre, they work for multiple clients - seeing eye dogs australia, Care flight, Oxfam Australia. What was it in your case? I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (wery usefull for call centres). No problems.
