It is NAB (on behalf of Citibank, who they recently acquired) chasing up repayments. If you have any financial services with them, then this is obviously why they are calling you.

This number keeps calling, however when I answer they hang up. When I actually call this number back, I can't get through, it just disconnects. Just a nuisance call which is annoying. I blocked this number for good now. For the last two weeks I blocked them, they still tried to call 5 times. I can see under blocked callers tried to call;o)

Interesting, as it seems very real. They obviously had some inside knowledge of some conversations we had been having with Coles Mastercard, knew both my name & my wife's name. They asked me if i had set up my wife as a 2nd user etc. Wish i had looked this up straight away. If Telstra is any form of a decent company, they would shut down a phone like this, especially considering that they have so so many complaints against this number.

You should be able to report repeat callers who harrass you and have the numbers disconnected by the phone companies as nuisance callers.
