I started getting the phone calls after applying for a credit card with St George... Have had a call everyday for the last two weeks. I haven't answered any and have blocked the number but they still keep ringing!

Called them back and they stated that they were Australia Credit and Finance. Sounded like a call centre in the background. Something to do with mortgage and making sure that you are on the right rate????

Had the exact same thing happen to me just now, funny thing is I don't even have a mortgage. Weird thing is they knew my name. I don't sign up to much so not sure how they got my details??

Missed call from this Sydney number, who is behind it? Tried to call them back but no luck so far, no tone on the other side. Similar numbers are also here reported as a telemarketing.
