Citi financial services/Coles MasterCard (Scam call) reported by Lee
Caller claimed to be from citi financial services which recently took over Coles MasterCard and asked to confirm my identity. Wanted to know my date of birth. I said I was uncomfortable providing personal information over the phone. He said he understood and then hung up. I rang Coles MasterCard and they confirmed it was a scam and to NEVER give personal information over the phone.
