Citibank Financial Services/Collections this was someone working for Citibank that was following up on an old credit card (which had been "cancelled" many years ago) trying to get payment to finalize the account so it can be closed. the credit card was "cancelled" meaning I no longer had a physical card, but still had credit owing on it to be paid
