Account manager calling to assist with nbn activation refund. If you have an nbn compatible modem and don't require theirs they will adjust your order to remove it and refund you $79 for the trouble. I do remember a campaign however about a $0 nbn activation fee for new adsl subscribers... I asked about it but "there is nothing about it here" she said (although she said she did remember it too)...
