Calls every 15 minutes, sometimes no one is talking and sometimes it's a robot voice calling. keeps breaking up calls to my husband who works abroad. WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE ALLOWED TO DO THIS, WHY DO THEY NOT GET HEAVILY FINED AND I MEAN HEAVILY SO THERE DON'T DO OT AGAIN!!!!!

Blocking stops messages and calls but not voicemail, they can leave a message then you get a notification from your missed call service. Catch 22, frustrating isn't it!
