competition winner? (Telemarketer) reported by Marco

Got a call saying I won a $2000 travel voucher (but had to spend money to get the voucher)... Asked me if I was someone else (I have been getting calls from varying companies all asking for the same person, constantly) I then managed with ease to get details of the actual person they were calling for when he "verified" my details by telling me- Full name, residential address, and email address of this person, even when I asked him to repeat everything 2-3 times, how it is spelled etc. Dodgy as! Does not sound right to me...
