They called me first time, I picked up. They were telling me about their cleaning services, I did not recall wanting them or even messaging a cleaning services company for this stuff. I told them directly that I wasn't interested and hung up. then they called me twice afterwards. I blocked them.

NSW (probably Sydney) area coded number - when answered they hang up on you. This company (?) will also try to contact you using various numbers including the 'washing' technique. Hard to know what company, if any, they are with but I am guessing they're Telemarketers.
