GoDaddy Scam. They try to get info from you for other scams (Scam call) reported by


They call pretending to by GoDaddy. GoDaddy won't call you about bill issues etc., it is all done through their online system. They either try to get you to confirm card details or ask seemingly generic questions about your location etc. to gather more data on you. Block and report.

Scam Caller pretending to be GoDaddy Australia. (Scam call) reported by


This number called me, I didn‘t answer it, as it was not a number I recognised. I checked the number afterwards, and it was listed online as a possible GoDaddy Australia scam. I called GoDaddy (using the number off their website, for their 24/7 Australian Call Centre). They confirmed it was a scam number and not one of theirs. Their number (GoDaddy) ends in 0, the scam ends in 1. So very close. Don‘t be a fool, don‘t answer a number you don‘t know, and if you do, let them do the talking, and determine whether you want to talk to them

Bought a domain from them yesterday and it only took them 24 hours to start harassing me. No wonder people are reticent to about the numbers 2 these organisations who deny any wrongdoing or passing on of information when clearly they are attempting to profit in further ways by either selling the information or attempting to upsell crap useless products.
