This caller left a message on my home phone claiming to be Janika Smith. She phoned on May 4th 2016, claiming to be from the Australian tax office with a law suit against me. She threatened that the matter was 'very serious' and I was not to disregard the call, if I did not call her back I would receive the full hardships of the law as she would have no choice but to proceed with the charges. Thank you to all of those who have previously left messages here warning against this number. I do not know how they sleep at night.

I just had this call too (11am ... 28-4-2016) Saying I was being sued by ATO for TAX Fraud.... BUT.... What were they scamming? He wanted "me" to get pen & paper to write down info, wasn't asking ME for info? When I said, I'll phone my accountant because he should have been aware of the Court Case, he hung up !!

Threatening message left on my msg bank, next time she calls I will answer and tell her what I think about her and her message. How dare they leave messages like this, I feel sorry for people who think it is true. Tried to call back and just rang out or picked up and hung up. Why do they bother leaving a nasty message......grrrrr

I just received exactly the same phone call just fourty minutes ago as well. Very aggressive and threatening. So upset. What can we do to stop this. I'm ringing www.scamwatch.gov.au and hope they can fix this up. Very upsetting especially for good people who are sincere and work hard and then get these scum bags trying to cause problems.
