Daily Telegraph, wanting you to subscribe. The clever * have it set up so it rings off when you answer. So you get curious, call them back - and you pay for the call. Subscribe to that crap? Buy an odd copy? No, I'll read it free in the milk bar - but only if I get bored with the label on the sauce bottle.

This number (and similar from the same range 02809462xx)is used by some call centre dealing with insurance business, have seen them on internet calling on behalf of Australian Insurance (http://www.australianinsurance.com.au), Freedom Insurance, OTPL - Optus Technologies Pty Limited (http://www.otpl.com.au - this is probably the core of this call centre), Funeral insurance etc., all regarding Insurance in general and life insurance mostly. Seems to be indian call centre, just be aware.
