Says it is from Bankstown New South Wales. the trick with these is firstly once you know it is a scam or unsolicited call, block it on your phone (if they are calling your mobile). If you do get these often you can answer the call but don't say anything. The IVR that is calling you is waiting to hear a response, if it hears a response it forwards the call to a contact centre person who will probably try to sell you something or scam you out of thousands of dollars. If you stay silent, after a few seconds the call will hang up. This is when you should block the number.

Rang asked for someone, I said this wasn't him.. asked who I was, have my first name. Asked if my number was correct said yes.. then proceeded to tell me now I've agreed to their terms.. at which point i hung up
