I regularly receive calls from numbers very similar to this and have done for the past 2 years. I have stopped answering the number(s) as I have previously answered the call and spoken with the telemarketer to see what it was about, only to get told 'I'm not selling you anything' and then they proceed to attempt to sell me a follow up phone call to sell me Insurance. I've asked, told and yelled at them to stop calling me (I was unemployed a year ago so was answering the phone to all calls) and now if I do answer the phone, just hang up. I'm still getting calls about once per month. There is no way to block them as they keep changing the numbers.

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 2810410xx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with Energy prices comparison, but also insurance telemarketing. People did they call you with something new, new scope?
