Employsure

Caller: Employsure I had an absolutely terrible experience with Employsure. I strongly advise reading the contract thoroughly before signing. The contract is binding and expensive. It took two or three calls just to get a response, and I was often transferred between multiple representatives before my questions were answered. Attempting to cancel the contract was extremely difficult. Despite sending emails and making multiple calls, I was repeatedly transferred without any resolution. They never responded to my emails, and when I finally spoke to someone, they informed me that only a specific representative could cancel the contract, and it would come with a substantial fee. Employsure tries to retain clients by making lofty promises and overselling their services.
