They only call your number if it’s been used to apply for loan.. no scam so you either applied or someone used your phone number too apply behind your back

Polite person said they were looking for someone with the same first name as me, a variant of my second name and completely wrong last name. Said nope not me - she said thank you and hung up

Told me I had a debt, which I do not. Wanted me to confirm my date of birth, I refused. I said send me a letter about it. She asked for the address!! Are you kidding. If you think I have a debt then surely you know my address. So I hung up
