I called Freedom insurance to cancel my policy last week. Was supposed to receive a call back on Monday. No call came. Was in the hospital on Tuesday and they call. I didn't answer as I was hooked up to an ECG machine and didn't want my heart rate to soar talking to this guy who wouldn't listen to me. Giving me some bs story about his life. Wtf should I listen to him when he won't listen to me. I'll call back when I want to and not be badgered to answer their call. They should have called back when scheduled.

Persistent caller from an un-known number, initially unanswered, which my wife and I both thought could have been our insurance company getting back to us. Call eventually taken by my wife on her mobile, and it was not who we expected. Caller advised my wife that he was from "Freedom", that she had "completed a survey on-line" and that she was "in the second phase" (of what, he didn't say). When she replied that she doesn't do surveys online (which I can confirm), the caller back-pedalled and told her that the survey must have been a phone survey (which we don't do either.) We told him that he was full of sh##, and hung up.

What's the point of having MessageBank if they just leave 5 seconds of silence. Try to call back and it just keeps on ringing. If I am interested in what your selling I will look for the product myself. Don't cold call a tradesmen it will not win you any business or friends. 6 calls in 2 days ????
