Rang (3 times even after call had been rejected) to tell me that they have added the payee to my account that I had requested be added via email. I don't have an account, they couldn't tell me the payee or account number. They had my full name and mobile number. They put me on hold to get more information and then came back and said they had rung me incorrectly, although they insisted someone was transferring money to my (non-existent) account. Claimed Citibank had some relationship with Virgin Money and that was the source.
