A guy left a 3 second voicemail and I didn't appreciate what he'd said!! It was quite rude!!! I refuse to answer numbers that I don't know!!

I had a missed call from this Sydney number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar numbers called me recently, probably the same marketing company or call centre, all the same range - 02831517xx. People please did someone answer it? I can see that similar numbers are reported with non-profit, mostly Greenpeace. Who is behind this number? Have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very usefull for call centres). No problems.
