I called the number back. (Scam call) reported by Shane

I called the number back and asked what this was about. No 1 centre link do not answer the phone straight away, there where huge pauses between the exchange of conversations. I said I didn't believe this was centre link and told them they had called the fraud dept in WA. They promptly hung up.

Said I hadn't answered calls or replied to letters . Need to fill out forms.. Haven't had letters nor calls from centrelink so hung up.

Automated message when I answered. Hung up and rang back. They claimed they were Centrelink and asking what sort of pension I was on.

Centrelink scam using Coles cards , Coles refuse to cancel card (Scam call) reported by John & Yvette

Coles customer care. Very sympathetic but claim nothing could be done, to make matters worse Coles supermarket to9k card from 88 yr old traumatized old lady then rang 3 weeks later to say too bad, despite having photos of receipt all numbers from card before it was emptied. Disgraceful behavior by Coles Group,
