Claimed to be origin energy and to press 1 to continue. I press the hang up button instead. If you call me there needs to be a human on the end or it ain't gunna happen. If indeed it is Origin you need to re evaluate your calling system.

Female voice Identifies itself as Origin and asked then asked to Press 1 for further details. I've never been with origin and they call me constantly, don't even know how they got my number, nearly over 30 times until I locked that number. Very annoyed

Robocall, asks fo me by name. Thereafter either hangs up, or forwards through to a person demanding identity-theft level information without offering any proof they are Origin. Assuming it is Origin, I appreciate it's not their fault we live in a world where nothing over the phone can be trusted, but they know that as well as I do and should adjust collection strategies accordingly.

To Stu's point below - it is not just overdue bills that they call about. Even if it was, they are not allowed under legislation to call more than three times a week. They call continuously more than a few times a day!
