He said he was from Foxtel Case Management team, the name was unintelligibly left with a very bored tone of voice. It mentioned an email but there IS no fresh emails. Maria thought they might call. Its a public holiday today in QLD even though it's Monday 6th May 2024. Foxtel Case Management is their overseas call centre. I'm awaiting a Maria's call back Tuesday who is in place to bypass the regular call centre due to some strange tactics for their own amusement but to our detriment all round. Yes, Foxtel LOST our landline of 3 years AFTER porting it successfully from TPG. Hope Maria can help us.

Received missed calls from this number who leave message that they are Foxtel and to call to arrange time for new connection. When you call the number back, you get a recording that you have called Foxtel although the recording sounds like the generic female voice you get when you enter text into Google Translate. Don't engage with these people. Clearly scammers.
