Tried getting us to pay them money for a 'bonus' (Scam call) reported by 1.128.96.xxx

So a Russian accented guy called me from 'Sydney' off this number. He said he was from premiere VIP and he had a good deal for me if I paid this much into this account we would recieve this much back we did ask him about 'the "brick wall casino" (we made a name up) and he said he has heard of that casino before but isn't to sure where it was! Alarm bells ring!!!!! SCAAAAM! Be careful people I did try and call this number and it said "your call could not be connected" this Russian guy was trying to get us to pay money in and if we did we would get a bonus back and because we seemed 'keen' in the beginning he will chuck an even bigger deal in. Of course we did not give him any details but this number is a scam

This number comes from Sydney, I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?
