Dear Everyone, This is not a financial services or mortgage company. This is a scam and they want your personal details. they offer a bogus website which is hosted as .Au but that is about it. If you ask then some questions, you will realise they are scammers and want your personal details. Do not give them anything. Best of luck!

Very persistant, told them we are on the DNC list and there response was "I will wait while you make a complaint" I rang this number on my mobile with the prefix 1831 ( so as to say its from a private number ) and it came up as this number is not connected

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 2837980xx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with online trading, shares, forex, bitcoins, FTO... Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with something new, new scope?
