Called to say they were from the Comm Bank and there was an issue with my account. Problem is I dont have a Comm Bank Acc they then said they couldn't talk to me further untill I identified myself.... Pffft good luck

They claimed they are CommSec and asked me personal details. I told them until I got annoyed they wouldn't tell me what was about. I usually won't pick up such phone, just because I sent an email to CommSec to make a complaint recently. Now they got my details and email address, FK.

called re request I sent them - gave the option to call them back via the listed number on the website or confirm over the phone. As they referred to the request I had emailed through yesterday I was confident it was comsec calling
