sounds like he was talking into a cup. Kept cutting me off and didn't want to answer my questions. told him to email me but he said that he couldn't. Who can't email these days? Reckons he could save me money on my power and tried to make an appointment for someone else to call. Sounds dodgy!

Called back and got a busy number, no phone answering message. Then got an overseas person claiming they are based in Australia. They are not as I asked what the weather was like and they said cold yet it was very warm..
