I missed the callers number, tried to call back but was busy. I then looked up various sites apart from this one and nearly all said they were scam donation calls ( probably re bush-fires).

Someone claiming to sell raffle for RSPCA. Was not comfortable giving return call back number. Potential scam. Referenced website rspcaraffle.com.au After much questioning and originally claiming to be calling from RSPCA they admitted they were a call centre acting on behalf of RSPCA
