Multiple calls from this number with only a couple of rings, no message and having called back the first time number registered - heard a click, then chatter/background noise but took about 10 seconds for a human to come on the line. Very frustrating - can't stop the calls?

The call was silent on the other end for a few seconds. They wanted to confirm my name. When I asked where the person was calling from he said "Citizen's Benefit Service". He then explained the purpose of the call was to find out if I had personal insurance. I told him that I didn't have time for the call and asked him to remove me from the call list. He apologised, thanked me for bringing it to his attention and said I would be removed from the list. All in all, annoying, but the guy was polite and apologetic. A google search reveals there is no such company as Citizen Benefit Services, so I suspect this is a scam.
