Did an online quote for RSPCA pet insurance over 6 months ago and they have called me 8-10 times since. Stopped for a while after I picked up and asked them to please stop calling me, I will contact them if I decide to go with them. Now theyve started calling me again -.-

I was only getting quotes online for pet insurance, the RSPCA asked for all my contact details however I did not buy the quote in the end as it was an outrageous cost. Now they won't stop calling me over and over again! NOT HAPPY!

I was signed up for RSPCA pet insurance for over 2 years, never used to receive calls from them. Then since I cancelled our policy they have called me three times and not left a message, also called my fiance. They have also sent me a letter asking if I want to join back up. Not impressed. Not only are they expensive, they also make cancelling your policy difficult and time consuming.

I was getting quotes from a number of different pet insurance companies, RSPCA was the only one that asked for my number and now they won't leave me alone. If the fact that they are DOUBLE the price of almost any other insurer wasn't enough, the phone calls between 6-7PM has made sure i won't be getting insurance through them.

Was getting quotes from different pet insurance companies and in order to receive an "ONLINE" quote I was asked to provide my contact number which I did only because no where does it say that upon requesting and receiving the quote that someone would call me to discuss it. If I wanted to talk to someone over the phone I would have called the phone number given on their website instead of choosing to go with the online quote option. They have called me 4 times in less than 48hrs and they dont ever leave a voice mail msg. Frustrating to say the very least!

Same here, called me at least 4 times within about 15mins of filling the form in and it's now 2 weeks later and they are still trying to contact me, if i was happy with their quote I would have signed up by now!!

Got a call from this number asking for my details as I had made a query for pet insurance on-line. But I had not. Someone had obviously put in a random phone number on-line and resulted in me getting the call. RSPCA need to change their on-line quoting system to remove the requirement for phone number.

Had to submit number to get the online quote, since then they continue to call me during work hours at least twice a week and never leave a voice mail message. Very annoying & irritating as I told them I was only inquiring online & cant answer my phone during the day. Their constant calls have put me off & i will go with another insurance company.

I had missed call from them but the same to get a quote you need to put your phone number down did not ask them to call me !! I have signed up with another insurer..
