They wanted me to put my bank details in… I didn’t (Financial services) reported by Roberta
I received a message from HCF saying they had a refused bank direct debit cancellation. They phone disconnected and this number called and asked for my bank account numbers.

Who on Earth calls multiple times in a row? This makes me feel very anxious and stressed. I don't want to talk to someone who's so rude like that.

Never signed up on HCF and yet recieved a call on a remainder about missing a payment? Also called the actual company about it and they informed me that they do no call their members about missed payments (they have an app for it).
