Scam call reported by ATO
This is a scam caller claiming to be from ATO. Tax office will send you a letter and knock on your door if you have committed fraud or taxavation as this scammer. (female voice) claiming. ATO can find you even you don't update your current address or phone number. So don't get caught to this. The phone number is Skype base Aussi number most likely as you can get any local number of a country of your choice through Skype.

Please don't provide your personal information to these people, they are scammers who claim to be from the "Australian Tax Department" (apparently they don't know it's actually the ATO!). They will threaten you by telling you that you have committed tax fraud and they are taking legal action against you. I have reported the number through Scam Watch (https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/report-a-scam) but if you have some spare time, try prank calling them to waste their time!

Block it. Pure scam, "This call is from the Australian Taxation Office..." or similar. No, it isn't. People be aware, can be a robocaller or a live person behind it, this kind of scam mostly originates from USA, where this type of scam (someone calling on behalf of IRS - Internal Revenue Service, similar to ATO - Australian Taxation Office, https://www.ato.gov.au/) is very common. Block it, report it - police department is already checking this activity. Also, all ATO numbers begin with 13. For Telco complaints, check the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman pages here : http://www.tio.com.au/ - you can also fill your complaint there.
