Harassing with constant calling,answered to be told that I shopped at the store years ago and they said I qualify for a free sample of a new product. Scam written all over it so I hung up, the calls keep coming.

Free Facial Scam (Telemarketer) reported by Nick
A lady with an asian/filo accent called, claiming she was from Gold Elements in Chatswood and said that I'd purchased something from them a few years ago and that I'd won a free facial from them. I don't shop in Chatswood, have never heard of her shop, and have never purchased from them, so this was a lie. I'm sure they've purchased mobile numbers from a third party somewhere:( I refused the free offer she gave me to which she replied, "but why?" I said I'm busy, and I wished her all the best with her next customer.

Not a Scam just very pushy sales techniques. - The Company is Gold Elements Sydney based in Chatswood Chase and Harbourside, they said I bought some things of them a few years ago, which I did from a pop up store in a mall - very pushy sales people that get you to buy skin products with gold in it. They said I won a free facial however it is just a ploy to get you into the shop to buy more product. Yes you get the free facial but its just a demonstration to get you to buy the product.

Received a call today from a female in a call center type environment, very noisy in the background and delayed when talking. She somehow knew my name but said i had won a free facial. I said i didnt enter any competition. Apparently i purchased a beauty product back in 2014 and they were selecting lucky winners from that year! She asked when i was free to book in, i said im not sure just email me the voucher and ill call back. She said no, she needs to book it then and there over the phone so i told her not to worry about it and she hung up real quick!

Seems to be some Sydney call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range - 288800xxx, just last 2 or 3 digits different) reported here already - mostly with Accident Management Centre, binary trading, fake ATO calls - pure telemarketing. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?
