The person in question is C. B. from Business Telecom and I for one will be making a formal complaint to ACMA as I would suggest the rest of you do. He has harassed my staff making claims of previous communications and is extremely rude. When asked to removed our number from his database he laughs and hangs up.

He is calling from Business Telecom and their customer service number is 1300 721100. My organisation repeatedly gets calls from him so we have lodged a complaint with ACMA and have called Business Telecom to formally complain.

Christian has called me wanting to speak to our MD on an off for about 2 years now. He is persistent. I just go through the process now and that way seems only take a minute to get him off the line. I used to argue with him a lot in the beginning. Still calls from 02 8898 1451.

Kept calling to speak to my boss. I told Christian my boss will NOT be calling you back. He kept insisting I pass on his number or speak to my boss. I repeatedly asked where he was from and he wouldn't tell me. Absolutely pathetic.

Christian has taken it upon himself to call weekly insisting that he is returning a call from my boss even though this is not the case. This guy has been calling for well over 9 months and refuses to take 'NO' for an answer. When he doesn't get his way he becomes EXTREMLY rude, refuses to give reasons for his call, details about himself and even insists that it we will not be able to legally run the business without speaking to him. Don't waste your time with him.

Has been calling once, sometimes twice a day for 5 weeks, he keeps saying my boss asked to call back but when my boss talked to him it was obvious she had never talked to him and told him not to call back but that was 3 weeks ago and he continues to call. He is now trying to say that he is a client but won't provide any details about himself other than, "My name is Christian and I'm calling for (my boss's name)"

Christian, calls all the time asking for the Managing Director, he doesn't know the meaning of the word "NO" and says that the Managing Director asked him to call back. Which our MD did not. Christian uses intimidation tactics, threats and mentions the government, and that business owners will not be able to run their businesses anymore, if the business owners do not speak to him. I give this person a poor review, he is irritating, obnoxious and he is a pest.

Christian from Business Technology/BT calls asking for our MD by name rudely insisting she had called him (which she hasn't and won't be). Very pushy and rude. Won't take no for an answer.

Christian is a disgrace , has been calling non stop for months , doesn't understand the meaning of NO , asks for managing director now as claims he is calling him back !! even though the MD is female , now claims it is compulsory to sign up to the NBN and he is part of the Australian government
